Research shows that students achieve more when they have a strong understanding of and buy-in to their own learning. The purpose of the Reflective Learning Conference is to guide students in thinking about their learning, and help them set goals for upcoming learning. Ultimately we hope students will internalize this process and gain an understanding of their own learning strengths and challenges.
